Amrisha Minocha brings over four years of academic experience coupled with an equal tenure in corporate human resources management, having served premier organizations such as IHG Hotels Group, Hyatt Hotels, and Signature Global. With an MBA in Human Resource Management, an MA in Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Training and Development, she integrates rigorous academic insight with practical expertise in HR, people and workforce analytics, and organizational development.
As a dedicated researcher in human resources and organizational behaviour, Amrisha continually explores innovative interventions that drive workplace excellence. Her passion for transforming HR practices and commitment to fostering effective organizational strategies make her a dynamic educator and thought leader in her field.

She is currently working with Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, (MRIIRS) NAAC Accredited A++ Deemed to Be University at Centre for Distance and Online (CDOE) as Assistant Professor.
